A small group experience that allows you to be coached and learn from your peers. Ensure success in your clinic nursing leadership role with our 90-Day Mastery course. Learn how to lead and manage staff in the unique environment of clinics, work, gain the skills to excel and make a significant impact in your new position. The reality of working as a leader in clinic is you are expected to lead from day one, with very little orientation or onboarding support. This program aims to provide you the real support you need from day one and the tools to help you succeed.
