Led by Karen Bennett, an experienced RN educator and clinic onboarding specialist who has trained and supported hundreds of nurses in successfully transitioning from hospital to outpatient care. The Clinic Nurse Ready™ Program is a specialized online group coaching experience that guides hospital nurses through a confident transition into clinic nursing. This structured 12-week program includes weekly live coaching, short skills-based training modules, clinic-specific tools (rooming checklists, inbox workflows, documentation templates), interview preparation, and a personalized 90-Day Clinic Success Plan. You’ll learn outpatient workflows, provider communication, time management, triage logic, and documentation essentials—everything hospitals never teach, but clinics expect. Outcome: By the end of the program, you will understand clinic workflows, feel confident in your role, interview with clarity and confidence, and begin your clinic position prepared, supported, and ready to thrive from day one.
